Mike Tikkanen and Tiffini Flynn Forslund will discuss the big payoff of early childhood education for a child’s long term education and for their success as an adult.  Based on their experience as Guardians ad Litem, they will also explain how child abuse presents a huge impediment for children’s ability to learn and why it is essential for abused children to be rescued early in life.
