I am all for a socialist goverment where children take tests to see if they go on to high school/college prep. If they don't pass, they go into an apprenticeship program and begin to learn a trade. I don't think drop out rates are very high in socialized countries and I am not sure why we are so bent on continuing the way we do here when other countries programs make much more sense. We don't need to re-invent the wheel, we just need to exapand our consciousness.
